It seems like we are always shopping for bananas… the stores must think we have a lot of pet monkeys! But not just any old banana can be a Lix choco·banana. There is a certain perfect size and moment of ripeness we look for, as we make them right away after purchasing.
Our bananas are then stuffed with Nutella or our own homemade salted caramel or peanut butter ganache, and frozen. Choose from milk or dark Belgian chocolate to dip it in, and roll it in pecans, sprinkles, or coconut. Enjoy!
